Rare and retired tableware in Botanic Garden by Portmeirion Pottery is our specialty. Botanic Garden was
designed by Susan Williams-Ellis in 1972, based on old botanical garden drawings, and
having a flower assigned to a basic dish shape or bowl. There are over 73
different botanical flowers in the Botanic Garden range. Portmeirion, in addition to
tableware or china, offers many ovenware, bakeware, serving ware, and all kinds of basic
dinnerware shapes in Botanic Garden. Portmeirion was very creative in their
offerings of this pattern.
Portmeirion dinnerware dishes and sets also come in the popular Pomona pattern
consisting of many round fruit images. Some Pomona fruits have been retired
for years and are very rare. Other modern tableware patterns by
Portmeirion are Bird of Britain, Holly and Ivy, Harvest Blue, Enchanted Garden and many more.
