A rare one of a kind hand painted Portmeirion Llanelly Cockerel flat egg cup. The ID mark on the bottom is hand printed and says 'MENNA GARREG CYMRU'. This egg cup was likely never mass produced in the Cockerel pattern and this might be the only one.

It is in nice condition with only overall very clean crazing and some shelf wear on the bottom unglazed foot. The is a Welsh design and would go very well with Portmeirion's Welsh Dresser pattern.
