A Portmeirion Queens Hidden Garden drum shaped casserole. It has blue flowers on the base and blue and dark pink flowers on the lid.

This casserole is in great condition, quite clean, and only has a tiny bit of shelf wear on the bottom unglazed foot. If it was used, it was well taken care of.

There is one single diagonal scratch mark through the ID and am not sure if this indicates a 2nd or if it is just a scratch made by a human from handling or is a factory flaw. Usually, if a 2nd is indicated by a scratch, it is an X type scratch with two lines. With a jewelers loupe, I could see a few very tiny glaze bubbles in the center of the bowl. Little glaze bubbles are very common and are found on many 1st quality Portmeirion pieces. There were no other factory flaws of any kind. So, this scratch is a mystery to me.
