A very unique Portmeirion Victorian Cooks collection 12oz strap handle mug. It was never a part of the general range for this pattern and has a green oval 2nds ID on the bottom. There is also a tiny pottery bump in the inside bottom edge but does not take on water. There is no sign of use or wear and is in great condition!
